Welcome to TinyTools ("https://tinytools.in"). By accessing or using our website and any of the tools provided on it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use TinyTools.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use TinyTools. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TinyTools, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing TinyTools on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
TinyTools provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools including (but not limited to) image compression, PDF processing, file conversion, calculators, and text utilities. The majority of our tools process files entirely within your browser — your files never leave your device. A small number of tools use secure server-side processing for operations that require it (e.g. PDF compression, background removal), in which case files are processed in-memory and immediately discarded.
All tools are provided free of charge and do not require account creation or personal information submission to use.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may use TinyTools for lawful personal, educational, and commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use TinyTools for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload, process, or transmit files containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of TinyTools or its infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to make excessive requests to our servers.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying TinyTools.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit TinyTools' tools or brand without our written permission.
- Upload files containing child sexual abuse material or content that violates any law.
- Use TinyTools in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with other users.
4. Intellectual Property
The TinyTools name, logo, website design, source code, and all written content are the intellectual property of TinyTools and its creator, Harmish Patel. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of TinyTools without express written permission.
Files you upload or process using TinyTools remain your own property. We claim no ownership or licence over your files. Your files are not stored, analysed, or used for any purpose other than providing you with the requested tool output.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TinyTools is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
- The tools will produce results that meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- The service is free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected.
You use TinyTools entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original files before processing them with any online tool, including ours.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TinyTools and its creator, Harmish Patel, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of TinyTools, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed INR 0 (zero), since TinyTools is provided entirely free of charge. If you are dissatisfied with any part of TinyTools, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
7. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
TinyTools displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. TinyTools does not control the content of advertisements displayed on the site and is not responsible for any content, products, or services advertised by third parties.
TinyTools is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Analytics for aggregated usage statistics. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern their use of data collected through TinyTools.
Links to external websites on TinyTools are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any third-party website.
8. Privacy
Your use of TinyTools is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using TinyTools, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Accuracy of Tool Results
TinyTools provides calculators and conversion tools (including financial calculators such as EMI, SIP, FD, and income tax calculators) for informational and educational purposes only. The results produced by these tools are estimates based on standard formulas and the inputs you provide. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Always verify important calculations with a qualified professional before making financial decisions. TinyTools accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of tool outputs.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to TinyTools at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a manner that could harm TinyTools, other users, or third parties. Since TinyTools does not require account creation, termination typically means blocking access from your IP address or browser.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of TinyTools shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India. If you are accessing TinyTools from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of TinyTools after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
